Hi there. I am Fitri. I live in a little town which has beautiful scenery and some tourism spots. We have nice weather here and also good food.
Well since I am a foodie I know where to go to find some delicious food 😁. We have good food, drink, nice places to visit and also interesting culture. For tourisms spot there are volcanoes with three beautiful craters, hills, tea plantations, hot water spring, waterfalls, flower gardens, lakes, nice forest, oranges garden, and if you are lucky will see the biggest flower in the world "Raflesia". For culture, we have kuda kepang dance, batik basurek, traditional dance, traditional writing "kaganga", traditional custume,traditional wooden house, etc. About myself, I work in educational program. I run a daycare and an English
institution here. I am trying to make more Indonesian understand about English and able to use it.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I love meeting travelers. I love hearing their adventures' story, learning their cultures, and their language. Those are so interesting for me. They often give me new ideas and new perspective. I also have students. Some of them are still too afraid talking with travelers (foreigner) with English. So many people still not confidence to speak with their English. Maybe because English is still become foreign language in my country, not a second language.
In short, i just want to show them that using English is not as difficult as they think, and a lot of foreigner are friendly people. :)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

i made a special community in my neighborhood for poor students who want to learn more about English and follow legal English Course for free. They can learn free until they graduate from their school in order to get better opportunities in their future. Maybe it's not really an amazing thing, but this is one of my effort to make the young generation in my country become better in English. :)
