What I Can Share with Hosts

We live in nice house with cold pool and sometimes hot tub - critters - I've got an old sail boat - and a canoe - --- there is much golf here (we don't) - much fishing (I'm trying to learn) - boating - 10 miles from beach - snorkelling - not much night life here - we do like our happy hour though - - 2 hrs north of Miami - 2 hrs south of Orlando -3 hrs east of Tampa- Port St Lucie is mostly a suburb -
