Hello! My name is Avi and I currently live in San Francisco, CA! I moved here to the west coast in the summer of 2017 after living previously in Boston, Cleveland and Baltimore.

I grew up traveling quite often with family and have continued this path on my own, both traveling solo and with friends.

I am very flexible and laid back, and as a guest I appreciate the place to sleep and I try to leave it as clean and neat as when I arrived. Always up for new things if you have any recommendations!

I am an avid hiker and stay pretty active day-to-day either through cycling, yoga or sports (baseball, basketball, tennis, soccer... you name it, I'll play it). I love exploring new cities and finding the best baked goods everywhere I go.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a very flexible person in everyday life as well as when I travel. I'm thankful for hosts that give me a place to sleep, and I'm open to spending time together or leaving you alone, I don't mind either way. I don't seek out five-star accommodations, so Couchsurfing works perfect for me.

Interests

I grew up loving sports and playing baseball, soccer, tennis, and others for fun. I am always interested to see sports in other countries. I love the outdoors and taking a hike for a great view or just to explore the area. I go by foot often in new places just to take it all in.

I am open to learning about other hobbies and interests, and really enjoy seeing how others enjoy life (hopefully as much as I am able to!).
