Overview
About Me
I'm from Mumbai, one of the most crowded and buzzing cities in the world, and now I live in Montreal which I love as well. I'm doing a masters in architecture here and enjoying everything but the cold, cold winter.
I'm thoughtful and adventurous, even thought they're opposites but I want to do everything at least once. This probably doesn't include most criminal activities but I'm willing to make exceptions.
I believe that loyalty to your friends, family, beliefs, is the most important thing in life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When I turned 25 I realized that life was great but not enough. So I packed up everything I owned, left everyone I knew and moved to Montreal. I think that your 20s are the best time to explore new places and that's what I plan to do.
And the best way to explore places (I've been told by my friends who are longtime couch-surfers) is through the meeting the locals. And hopefully get a chance to crash on their couch as well. I'm not fussy.
I always wanted to be on couch surfing, but now that I have a couch to offer people, here I am.
Interests
Buildings, people, cities, FOOD, museums, books, music, new experiences. I love nature and being outdoors but I'm also a cityphile. And oh, I might seem quiet at first, but I love meeting new people, especially in small groups.

Music, Movies, and Books
Everything poetic - big Jeannette Winterson fan, John Steinbeck, anything that leaves a lasting impression.
With music, I didn't even know I had a preference but 8tracks tells that I like indie, singer-songwriter & folk music, so who am I to argue. Also when it's night, and the music is loud and thumping, I feel happy.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I climbed a mountain to the peak at 12,500 feet above sea level with zero prior trekking experience. It took me 10 days and a few near-death experiences, but I'd do it again.
I auditioned for a commercial one time in my life and ended up having my face splashed all over the city, but I wouldn't do it again.
Teach, Learn, Share
Well I'm looking to practice my french, or maybe if you're a newbie I can teach you a little. There's also hindi, basic salsa dancing, a little bit of cooking,
