I have grown up and live in Cyprus. I like traveling and meeting new people, good food, drink, hiking, outdoors and socializing. My friends would say I'm more of a quiet person unless of course one talks to me about a subject I know a lot about or feel strongly about. I am also a bit reserved under most circumstances and may have a few quirks. I like to avoid drama and take most things at face value. I can probably host people in my apartment at most times.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I am planning on travelling in the future and Couchsurfing is a good way of exporing another country and meet the locals. I feel meeting people who live in a place is a more direct way to learning a culture and its nuances. Staying at a locals house is a way to see how they live and to learn about the places which somebody on their own and a tour quide would not show. Looking for a simple way to find sleeping arrangements when traveling. I also really like showing Cyprus to visitors and everything a visitor should see.

Teach, Learn, Share
I can share with hosts knowledge of Cyprus and accompany them on some tours around the island and show them my favorite places. I can also share with them the local cuisine and give them an authentic Cypriot feast. I can through practice teach people both Greek and English.
What I Can Share With Hosts
The first thing I can give to respective hosts is some company. Second is knowledge and intrigue of my culture. I can also share some good times and explore the city in which I am. We'll most probably share some good times, or if you want to be left alone that's fine too.
