I`m Ukrainian student, who usually studying until the summer. My specialization is music research, so I know a lot about music and I write a lot about music. I like literature and I like to write my stories and articles. Despite of having couchsurfing account since 2015, I`m new here.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don`t have strictly determined favorite music. If I find it interessting - I like it. For this time I discovered for myself The Smiths and shoegaze bands Ride and Cocteau Twins (actually it is dream pop) . Some their songs I have been listening to a lot of times. Also, The Beatles and The Doors - forever in my playlist and the very big respect to John Coltrane and Herbie Hancock.

Movies by Jim Jarmusch, Guillermo del Toro, Hayao Miyazaki, Japanese animation (especially animes by Makoto Shinkai, Shinbo Akiyuki and Shinichiro Watanabe), American and British series such as Game of Thrones and West World.

Works by Japanese writers such as Ryunosuke Akutagawa (short stories), Kobo Abe and Haruki Murakami (of course), "Symbolic Exchange and Death" by Jean Baudrillard and lots of.
