I am Anna and Im 24. Im currently living in Berlin but i just moved here a few month ago.
Before that i lived in Marburg and did an Erasmus year in Norway.
At the moment im rather busy studying so I dont have a lot of time to do other tings but when i have time I like going for walks and hikes, going to the cinema and I play a bit of guitar and flute. Also Im trying to learn Norwegian.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I first used this account together with a friend, because we wanted to do interrail after we finished school and we were lucky to have a great first couchsurfing experience in Budapest. I do travel a lot and about half of the time I travel alone and I realy like meeting locals while doing so, so couchsurfing is the perfect oportunity for me.
Also I am happy to host someone in my room in my shared appartment. I have a 1,40 meter bed and a couch and an airmatress so I could technically host 3 people but since im rather busy at the moment and I dont want to bother my flatmates too much so Id rather host 1-2 people for no longer than two days at a time.

Interests

I love playing music, I play the flute, a bit of guitar and piano, unfortunatly I am not realy good at anything tho. Music I listen to is rock, indie, alternative, blue gras, film music, grunge, pop and some other stuff so my taste covers a little bit of everything realy, my favorite bands are: nirvana, muse, papa roach, crooked still. the beatles, foo fighters.
When it comes to food I love everything what is unhealty and vegetarian. If I dont play or listen to music I go out for coffee I cook with friends, do volunteering or go out for a hike.

Music, Movies, and Books

I read lots of different stuff but I realy like Stephen King. I dont have a favorite type of movies but I like Edward Scissorhands, Dead poet society, catch me if you can, radio rock revoloution, bloody sunday, der baader meinhof komplex, In Brugge and lots of other Films but I am realy bad with names and titles so.. yeah.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I guess most of you wont find this too fancy, but I did half of my Interrail trip on my own and I hadnt traveled on my own till then and also was a bit shy so that realy was a challange for me but I made new friends and realy got a boost for my self confidence out of it. That then motivated me to move to Ireland for a while, where I worked as a Housekeeper in Dingle and later returned to work in a Deli for a few month.

I know, that wasnt realy one experience, but I realy had the time of my life travelling and living in Ireland so I feel that belongs here :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can sleep for 14 hours straight. Unfortunatly I would not know how to teach that to someone. You probably would not want to learn that anyway...
