Most amazing thing I've done has to be getting my black belt in Karate and getting to train with the England team.

Most amazing thing I've seen probably has to be the pyramids and sphinx in Egypt. On par with visiting Iceland and watching the sunset in the Blue Lagoon. Also, getting to see/work at the London 2012 Olympics.
