I grew up mostly on the West Coast of the Unites States from Bellingham, WA to Ashland, OR and also Los Angeles, CA as well as other places. The habit to move stayed with me to adulthood, I've been living in Europe for almost two years now and am currently located in Göppingen Germany. I enjoy traveling, dancing, yoga, having a good time and meeting new people (as well as learning new languages ;). Super tidy and organized and a good roommate to have and am excite to start couch surfing!

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I've only been couchsurfing once with my boyfriend when we decided to hitchhike from Lugano CH to Amsterdam :P I love the idea of sharing space with travelers and the kind of people who join the couchsurfing community. Unfortunately, I don't currently live in a place that is fully mine so I am not at the liberty to invite guests to spend the night. When I do have my own place, my door will be open and my couch free :) While traveling in Texas, I was able to learn about the couchsurfing community in Austin, TX and realized that this is also a great way to become involved and get to know a fun group of people in an area. I like the openness and positive, chill vibes of couch surfers and hope to join meet-ups where ever I live.

One Amazing Thing I've Done
Amazing is an intense word to describe something I've done. I haven't cured illness or saved lives, or discovered new places or animals, or started a new political liberation movement. I have traveled a lot and every time I try learn a new language. Right after college I went to South America and spent one month learn Spanish in Costa Rica before going further south. I then decided to move to Europe and without speaking any German flew over to Germany and started working as an AuPair for kids that didn't speak any English. It's been almost two years now and I speak pretty good German, enough to have gotten a job in Germany. I guess that is pretty amazing but it's mostly due to the wonder and amazing people I have met while living here in Germany as well as Switzerland for a time (where I tried to pick up some Italian).
Teach, Learn, Share
I am also half Iranian ;) I can teach Persian cooking as well as learn how to make the foods that others like to eat. I like food. So this also goes under sharing. I am an English Teacher (only on Fridays :P ) and can help with French and German as well.
My Interests
Yoga, I am learning Kindalini Yoga and love making classes for people :) I like to dance, ballroom dancing or club dancing - I'm a fan. I like learning new languages, improving my German as I am currently working in Germany in a German company. Hiking, biking, roller blading, swimming- being outside! My quite interests include, reading, art projects and doing Tarot readings.
