I'm Elodie - I was born in France and this is where I grew up, but my family is Portuguese.
That's can explain why I am a wine lover and also enjoy mediterranean food with tomatoes and olive oil.
After living in Brazil for more than 3 years - in Curitiba - I moved to South Portugal/Algarve in my grandparents' house near Alte.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I joined the Couchsurfing after receiving a Brazilian CS in Curitiba.
I really enjoyed it! And entered the CS world...
To know more about travels, culture and share good moments. If you pass by Alte, I'll be happy to receive you home if possible.
Also, while traveling around, I'll be happy to share with local people and stay in your couch!

音乐、电影和书籍

I love brazilian music: Gilberto Gil, Seu Jorge, Novos Baianos... But also 60's rock like Janis Joplin and Jimi Hendrix. Some french music and really found Spanish beautiful!

I love reading, more that watching a film... Particularly when the film is adapted from a good book! Like "On the road" or "Into the wild". One of my favorites: "Le petit prince" because each time I read it, I learn something! and also "The Alchemist", Paulo Coelho.

I love sharing good food and also have some wine!
I like to cook, trying new recipes, on a vegetarian way of life.
I also used to make bread home!!

I like learning/sharing around languages. I think I still know some French if you have some interest in ;-)

I can offer a couch or a bed depending on the time of the year.
We can cook and share a typical meal from your region if possible, I really enjoy discovering new cultures and food!
Also, we could go for a walk around.
