I am a German student majoring in English and American Studies in Freiburg. I love travelling and my list of places I want to see is almost endless. So far I have done a lot of Europe, including England, Ireland, Denmark, Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Croatia... I've been to Africa twice, to Morocco only this year, which was amazing.

I've been to Canada (Saskatchewan and Alberta), but I obviously want see more of it and also of the USA.
Haven't been to Asia yet, but that's on the list as well. Especially since my roommate from Taiwan keeps telling me to come visit his country.

I have heard many people tell me about it and I love the idea of getting a more authentic experience of culture and people of whatever place you go to. I am excited to try it and I hope that I can also host people from all over the world in my home.

Intereses

I love learning languages and like linguistics as part of my studies. I have studied at Music Academy for two years and my major was piano, so that is still a great passion of mine: playing mostly jazz at the moment.

I like to go running and have just started to try Pilates which is still quite new to me, but I already like it a lot.

I am also a passionate baker and try to organize little tea parties on a regular basis to try out new recipes and have a house full of guests who try the cupcakes or cakes or whatever.
