Very interested in different cultural habits and history. Open minded. Love to sport, being active, and of course drinking some beers. Like to travel, see and learn new things about different countries. The Netherlands is cool, but small.. very small, haha.

I married in august 2017 and my wife and I are now living in the city of Apeldoorn: a peaceful, beautiful city, very central in the Netherlands.

To host:
Mainly to help people and offer the world citizens a place to sleep while traveling, it is actually very easy to let someone sleep on your couch/spare bed, so why not? I'm glad to help others if possible :). Of course I'm also very interested in your culture and experiences, and I like to share the way we live, and all those things, blabla haha.

To stay:
Of course its cheaper than staying in a hotel or hostel, but this way i can really get in touch with my peers in other countries. Seeing their homes and ways of living, talking about differences in culture and experiences in life, i really think couchsurfing offers much more than just having a place to sleep.
