I love sports and being outdoors. I've done two winter ski seasons in France and Montana (USA) and am embarking on a third in Japan! I am obsessed by skiing, particularly freeride and backcountry touring/skinning.

I also enjoy cycling (road and mountain), sailing, long distance running (I've done the London Marathon), hiking, I'm open to all adventure sports.

I studied politics and international relations at university and love discussing current affairs as well as more abstract issues around international relations, war & peace, terrorism, immigration, media etc.

I have worked extensively as a chef and love cooking and trying new types of food. I think eating the local food is a great way of experiencing a new culture and understanding tradition.

I have most recently been studying journalism at Goldsmiths university in London but am putting my career on hold for six months to enjoy one last winter season!

I ran the London Marathon in 3 hours and 5 minutes in 2013, raising £2185 for a neonatal charity called Bliss
