Hi There :)
We are a Maltese couple who are in love with travelling and meeting new and different people from around the world.
We have travelled quite a bit in the 6years we have been together and can share experiences, stories and tips about our travels and places we have been to :)
Both of us are very bubbly with a good sense of humor, adventurous, fun to be around, and always up for something new and exciting. We are very clean and tidy, hygienic, a non romantic couple lol, non smokers and love animals!
To all those who would love to see what we are doing:
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We are on couchsurfing because we believe that it can make our travels and our lives more interesting by meeting people from around the world and share our stories. There is no better way to experience the place than meeting locals, right ;)?
We also believe that by hosting or being a host it is far more interesting and educational, and it's a great opportunity to immerse in local culture.
We love everything and always try to make the best out of life and each experience memorable but our main interests are:
Music (Rock & Metal mostly but we listen and are open to everything)
Diving & Snorkeling ( We are both advanced certified divers)
Festivals & Local events
We are very easy to adapt and always find a common interest to share a good talk.
- scuba diving
Music, Movies, and Books
My Dying Bride
Mainly listen to everything, from Psy to Raggae, to Deephouse, but not a huge fan of Commercial music, hip hop and rap.
Fantasy, Sci-fi, Thrillers & Documentaries
Adventure Magazines (4x4 Action, National Geographic)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
- Watching the great migration in Serengeti.
- Driven and explored half of Australia (27000kms of driving!). Including 4x4 driving on sand, through creeks, rainforests, beaches, islands, dessert, etc
- 5months in Indonesia and visited places where we were the only 'bule', learning the language and communicating with the locals and being enriched with traditional customs and stunning scenery!
Teach, Learn, Share
We do not really believe in teaching something in particular as such, but rather sharing experiences, knowledge, exchanging tips and being open minded on any subject.
What I Can Share with Hosts
IT Knowledge and a helping hand in electronics.
Helping hand around the house (gardening, cleaning, sitting, cooking traditional food) - all through past experiences.
Obviously, beer! :)
