I'm a 21 year old student from Germany, I'm fascinated about traveling and meeting people from all over the world. At the moment I'm attending university in a town called Vechta, which isn't too far from Bremen and Hamburg. I'm studying English and Geography. I used to live in Cape Town for a year and spent a few months in Finland as well as half a year in London. My mother is Dutch and I was born in the Netherlands. At home we speak Dutch most of the time, therefore I'm pretty fluent in Dutch, as well as in English and of course in German.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I like the idea of visiting a country without just being a tourist, I want to experience countries from a different angle. The idea of going to a place where you'll meet locals which are able to show you around and spend some time with you while sharing their feelings of their country or home with you.
