It's ever quite a chanllange describing myself in a little space: it's first a litle bit embrassing and then it's never enough.. ;)
I'm Nicolò, from Italy, I studied architecture, but you know, youthness is ever your worse advisor, and I discovered myself to be more likely an engeneer, as I work now designing 30" sub-woofers and other audio gadgets... But I'll never regret enough not to pursuing the dream to be a musician, instead: I am now only a mediocre violin playe, but I'm good enough to find some orcherstras here in Florence that allow me to play with them: I love music and I can't live without it!
I think I've already written too much about me and I don't want to bore you, possible host/guest, with my whole life: hoping to meet you in person, allow me just to add that I'm quite an active person, I love both mountains and the sea! I read quite a lot, especially books about recent history..

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've discovered Couchserfing late, and strict flatmates haven't ever allowed me to host people. On the other and, life has avoided me to travel a lot during last 3 years.
Now it's time to try to start again!

Indeed classical music is my favorite...but I'm quite an omnivorous listener: I taste everything, even if there's something i like more...

Wenders, Loach, Kubrick, Coen bros, Monicelli, Sergio Leone....are only some of my favorites film makers!

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is an amazing book, but for sure it's not the only one!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've travelled Sicily East to West hitch-hiking and coach-traveling with a big backpack! It was amazing! I met alot of kind people in that mediterranean island!
I've played violin in a string orchestra for years.....

What I Can Share with Hosts

My house is very close to the city centre of Florence, in a quiet area well served by bus.
I usually work a lot (generally 8am-6pm), but I know many places in Florence where to take a beer together, or a gin&tonic (better!).
I am very respectful, and same respect is mandatory from you... bt if you are an experienced couchsurfer, these words are probably unnecessary.
