I am biologist and I finished my PhD thesis that titled: "Freshwater decapods of the Middle Paraná River: relationship between population dynamics and the river at metapopulation scale". Now I am coursing posdoctoral fellowship

I am interested in making a stage of my postdoctoral in a workplace with a scholarship (this covers cost and safe passage) I would ask in my country. I am really interested in working in NY with professional people who living there. The probable date of the stage could be between april 2017 and September 2017. However I still do not know the exact time (six months as maximum). The scholarship covers cost and safe passage but this not covers the stay. I am lokking for in web pages about the cost of living in NY and It is too expensive for me. I have a salary that I use for this, but not enough to cover whole the stay. May be I could pay a part of this.
On the other hand, I always like the international exchanges. I think this provides several experiences. I made a international exchanges in Brasil during my bachelor's degree during 6 months. I learned a lot during this instance, I made friends and I learned portuguese language. In the same way I want to learn English language living and working in NY. I like learnig about customs of the people live in other country.

I like nature and wildlife. Also, I like cities and the life of the city. I like travel and meet places. I met several places of the world (Brasil, Venezuela, Costa Rica) and in my country. I like meeting people and learnig about customs of the people live in other country.
I play guitar and I am studing contemporary dance. I love dance. I love meet people. I do not smoke. I love domestic animals. I have a lovely cat. I live alone but when I lived with my parents I had a lovely dog.
