Hey! I'm 20 years old, Turkish/Portuguese, and a student living in The Hague, Netherlands :) I study International Studies at the University of Leiden with a focus on the Middle East and I love travelling, writing, learning languages and hiking.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that meeting people whilst travelling is one of the most important parts of the journey. Especially when travelling solo, the people you meet along the way are going to give you the most cherishable memories from any trip. Therefore, I think couchsurfing is a great way to meet locals and get a taste of what local life is truly like :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Got accidentally locked up in the Holy Sepulchre Church in Jerusalem and ended up having to spend a whole night there.
