I'm a kiwi chick who has just set out on my big overseas experience. I'm all about travelling affordably and experiencing as many things as possible. I have just left university as a Psychology major and am now out to make some memories with awesome people from around the world. I'm a book nerd, art lover, and get way too excited about sunsets.

Interests

I am interested in sports (especially rowing, volleyball and hockey), language learning, hiking, and will forever be an obsessive reader.

Music, Movies, and Books

Especially into thrillers and murder mysteries and may or may not have a soft spot for poorly written romance novels. Partial to pretty much every movie I've ever watched.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One FOOLISH thing I've done was to summit a mountain in New Zealand in blizzard conditions.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a native English speaker, am currently learning Spanish, and am interested in learning as many languages throughout my lifetime as humanly possible. I would love to exchange impromptu lessons in English for impromptu lessons in whatever language my host speaks.

What I Can Share with Hosts

During my trip through Europe I'd like to volunteer in as many places as I can, so if my hosts know of any great short term non-profits in their area keen to take on an inexperienced-but-willing worker, then I am keen to dive right in.
