We are Isa (Maria Isabel) and Patrick (my husband), we are animal lovers, we enjoy expending time with our pets and because of family issues we need to manage our lives between two countries Peru and United States of North America. Pat is retired from the building industry but has always had a lifelong passion for animals and at one time was a dog trainer. Isa is self-employed with a background of early childhood, retired teacher, an author and currently working on a book project. We are organized people and make sure everything that needs to be done does when it needs to be. We have 5 lovable rescue dogs, very friendly and well educated :) I have two daughters; one lives in UK and the other one is studying in Spain; sometimes I will ask housing for them overseas. Both pet lovers.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
It is a form of being a citizen of the world, means to follow the guidance of your conscience wherever that might lead. As Eugene V Debs said "My country is the earth, and I am a citizen of the world" a member of the human community. Couchsurfing makes things easier for the exchange of experiences and contributes as a form of soft diplomacy that can only help improve international relations and mutual understanding among nations. We are looking for a dog-lover who want to stay with us. Unfortunately, the current corona situation means that now we can only host guest who have a recent negative corona test. We expect that you in exchange for accommodation (private bedroom, enjoy our house, plus hot water, internet and cable Tv), will help us walking our friendly dogs two times per day and off course clean if they have an accident in the patio (If they go out this would not happen 😊). To get around in the area we have bicycles. we are not too far away from many beautiful places and other sorts of nature like parks and also historical cultural sights to visit. Close to bus stops, markets, malls, etc.
