Proud Catholic god fearing man. Have amazing family history in Ireland. I am a workhorse, son of a scaffolder & barman, son of a nurse. Big week hustle work hours is all I know. Trying to get get out of construction industry to go fully online coaching athletes, passive income & abroad living is the life I seek to fully pursue my passion in long distance running.

Completed my first 100 mile (160km) ultra marathon road race in 24 hours 50 minutes as a debut runner at 24 years of age within a 30 hour cut off. 6 time marathoner. 50 mile races, 50km races I love it all. Cliff diving and island hopping in the Philippines with Jackson Groves and Josh Lynott. Once ran a 50 mile race in the British Columbia mountains with zero training in 3 months finishing 1st in my age male category. 14hrs 18 mins, 3800m elevation. Became the first Irishman to run across bali coast to coast in the bali hope ultra marathon 84km, on 24/5/24 raising $12,040 for the bali children foundation and finished third in the race. @RunWithConor open on IG.
Trying to inspire the people I love.. Travelled the world following house music, from Ibiza, to London, kappa future in Turin, Italy, to the beaches of Western Australia and Sydney, all the way back to the mountains in British Columbia. Definitely enjoyed my party drugs 😂 For 4-5 years as a teenager I SLAYED Call of Duty for money online.

Side hustle: Sports cards & memorabilia. Course done in “Mindset for exercise success”. My dream job is to be a run coach for professional fighters, I love the sauna, I love the fight game. I’ve been surrounded by Muay Thai champions since I was a young teenager. I thrive when I’m surrounded by savages. Steel sharpens steel. Always. Real recognise real. Hard work recognises hard work. You will never be belittled by someone doing more than you, hate always comes from beneath so use that fuel.
