CURRENT MISSION

• I’m trying to explore as many interesting places on our planet as possible. After the summer in Canada, it’s time for adventures. I’ll be spending the next 3–4 months in Asia.

ABOUT ME

• I am originally from Lviv, Ukraine. As everyone knows, there is a war in my country, so if anyone feels any affection for the terrorist country 404, please don’t even write to me.
• I live in Canada. I don’t have a permanent place of residence, but at the moment I consider Field, in Yoho National Park, to be my base.
• My educational background is in geography. I love nature, with a particular preference for mountainous areas and hiking.
• I like football (support Chelsea FC) and a hockey NHL (support Edmonton Oilers).

• We are all different. It’s a great opportunity to learn about the culture and daily life of other peoples from the inside.

Interests

• I have quite a wide range of interests. I share everything in live conversation.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC:
• I love and support the development of Ukrainian music (Один в Каное, Zwyntar, ADAM). I also love folk music, especially Scandinavian folk (Wardruna, Danheim, Heilung), rock and country music.

MOVIES:
• Usually, these are adventure movies (Into the Wild, Everest, Jungle, Against the Ice etc). I also love true stories and historical films. And of course Harry Potter series, Lord of Rings or Game of Thrones.

BOOKS:
• A fan of Grandpa Stephen King. I’m crazy about dystopias and psychological novels. Also, thrillers with lots of blood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

• I was born! My mom said that it was a difficult process.
• A 56 km hike with a total elevation gain of 2,600 m. (The Triple Crown of Waterton Lakes National Park).
• I conquered the 6088m Huayna Potosí summit in Bolivia.
• Two months of solo travelling in South America;
