About Me
📍Currently in Ecuador 🇪🇨 (19)
Hi, I’m Hüseyin — a traveler from Türkiye who believes life is too short to stay in one place. That’s why I’m usually somewhere between “lost on a mountain trail” and “dancing with strangers in a new city.” ✈️🌄
I’m not a tourist; I’m a traveler. That means I’m not only looking for the famous sights, but also the unknown alleys, hidden waterfalls, and those small local cafés where nobody speaks English but everyone smiles. 😊
⚽ Fun Facts About Me
• I’m a big football fan (Galatasaray ❤️💛 — don’t worry, I won’t make you play 90 minutes, maybe just penalty kicks 😅).
• I teach Turkish online, so if you want, you’ll get a free “How to survive in Turkey 101” crash course. 🇹🇷
• I love experimenting with food. Sometimes it’s delicious, sometimes… well, let’s just say it’s an adventure for your stomach too. 🍲🔥
• I believe every awkward travel story makes the best memory later. (Ask me about the time I got lost in Brazil with no internet.)
At the end of the day, I just want to meet good people, share some adventures, and create memories that make us laugh years later. Life’s better when you don’t just pass through places, but when you leave a piece of yourself with the people you meet. 🌍✨
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I believe the best way to know a country is through its people, not its hotels. Couchsurfing isn’t just about a free bed — it’s about laughing together, sharing stories, and realizing that strangers can become friends in just one night.

Teach, Learn, Share
📝 Teach
• I can teach you some basic (and fun) Turkish phrases 🇹🇷 — not the boring ones, but the ones you’ll actually use.
• How to shout like a true Galatasaray fan during a football match ⚽🔥.
• Maybe a couple of Turkish recipes (warning: I cook with passion, not precision 😅).
📖 Learn
• I want to learn about your culture, your daily life, and maybe a few local secrets that no guidebook ever mentions. 🌍
• Always curious about new languages (even just a few words).
• How you cook your favorite meal — because food is the best teacher. 🍲
🤝 Share
• Travel stories, the funny and the awkward ones ✈️.
• Laughter, music, and long conversations about life.
• My positive energy and a genuine interest in getting to know you. ✨
What I Can Share with Hosts
• Basic Turkish lessons (enough to impress a kebab seller 😎)
• Travel stories from South America, Europe, and hopefully more corners of the world soon
• Cooking attempts (sometimes yummy, sometimes experimental… always fun)
