I am an italian guy, I grew up in the countryside next to Rome, but I am living since eight years in Berlin, where I accomplished the medical university.

Since a while I am on a more relaxed phase after finishing the long studies and after major life changes, and currently I am working as illustrator and as part-time teacher for arts (in a tattoo-artists' school) and for anatomy/physiology (in a private medical school). Then I had the urge to change my situation, see new places and meet new people, so I took my little old car and started a six-months tour through whole Europe!

I never say no to a nice warm night out with a couple of drinks and a good talk...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My road trip leads around Europe, from Berlin to Portugal, then back to Rome, and then over Greece, Romania and Poland back to Berlin. It is going to be an intense experience and a challenging time, so I would be very happy to find a place to stay and a roof over my head from time to time, and very thankful for the opportunity to explore the cities and the countries with someone who knows them, I like to be with people and love to learn something about the places I am visiting and the people who live there.

I am very new on CS so sadly I have no references or friends, but I would be very happy to find someone hosting me and becoming part of the adventure, and of course I would be very happy to host you back if you are coming to Berlin one day. And as a proper italian I can cook quite well, so if I am hosted I would be very glad to say thanks with a fine self-made dinner!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love metal music, but I also like a lot classical (also opera), rock and reggae music. My favorite books are the classics of literature, particularly the great russian, french and italian novels, and the works of greek and latin literature.

I have to admit, I like splatter- and B-Movies 'cause I find them funny, but I actually like every kind of movie beside of Drama- or romantic stuff.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I really love to get in touch with people, having good conversations and sharing thoughts and adventures with each other. I'm mostly on for every proposal, since I am eager to learn as much as I can from life.

Of course I can always share my passion for arts and drawing (for example in Nepal I stayed in a place where I decorated all the walls with murales), for good cooking and for handworks. And as a medical doctor I could be some kind of useful maybe.
