Historical movies and meaningful books (not religious!, but any good book). In the last time I mainly read books about physics and other technical books.
Basically any good quality music.

Parachuting, horse-riding, archery.
I am also a glider (sailplane) and ultra-light airplane (ULM) pilot (in the way that I have license for these aircrafts, but this is a hobby for me :) ).
