Hi there! My name is Kenichi, but you can call me “Ken”.

I live in a town called Obihiro which is in Hokkaido, Japan - and I’ve been living in Hokkaido since was born. I graduated as a student of Architecture at university, however, my currently job is in the Web Marketing and Engineering of foods made in Hokkaido.

When I can, I love to host on Couchsurfing. Going to the beach, hiking mountains, snowboarding, and visiting hot springs are among my favourite things. I will happily offer you my best recommendations for travelling around Hokkaido, and may even be able to help you get around or join you in your travels! I will let you know, I’m not much of a drinker.
