Hi, Hola, Ciao, Hey!

We are Eva and Max and we are two PhD students in Plant Biology (researchers), so we are quite fond of plants 😁🌺 We love discovering the world, discussing, and sharing with other people and cultures. Couchsurfing is perfect for that!

A few years ago, we did a road trip by hitchhiking through Western Europe (Belgium, Germany, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Italy, Austria, Switzerland) and we slept in several Couchsurfers' houses, but we stopped before reaching Poland! So it's time to rectify that, ehe 😊

We both love listening to music but also playing it with friends. We enjoy cooking for others and inviting them into our home. If you come one day, we will be delighted to prepare a vegetarian meal for you!

About Eva: I'm trying to stay positive and cheerful in any situation—enjoying the present! 🌸🌞 I’m doing my PhD on Petunia flowers and development, and I’m living in Lyon.

About Max: Fan of anything music, nature or food related ! I am doing my PhD on agronomy in Paris.

When I'm travelling in a country I love discovering the culture and the habits of local people. I also want to share memories, experiences and good vibes!

I read various kind of books (philosophy, novel, ...) it depends of my mood! You want to read a Frech Book ? I can advice you "The little Prince" of Antoine de St Exupéry.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Went in a two-month roadtrip across Europe mostly by hitchhiking, camping and couchsurfing.

I did a seven-month trip across Eastern Asia (Thailande, Laos, Nepal and Vietnam) alone, by hitchhiking and couchsurfing to discover the culture and the rainforest!

Go on a trek for 6 days in the Himalayan mountains.

Did a 10-days Vipassana meditation in Thailand.
