I am Saturday, that’s how people call me . I joined Couchsurfing since 2011, but I lost my old profile . I studied English and Cinematography. I am open minded, and easy going. I love meeting people from various cultural backgrounds because I'd love to learn things about other cultures as well as sharing my culture with them. . One day without talking with foreigner is like addicted.

I started work as a Private teacher since when i was student at Senior high school. Then from 2013 till now I work at tourism sector .

I am a fun loving and open person although some people say I am a bit formal, but that is until they get to know me and than they find I am quite alternative and a bit crazy.

I really like music and the arts and particularly the theatre. I enjoy going out and am quite an extrovert. However if you are out with me you will never get lost. I will guarantee that you will have a great time.

I like meeting new people from other countries. But i am a bit shy and silence for the first time, but once you get to know I become completely different. I will talk too much, lol.. I like to share stories, experiences, cultures, and anything about life..

I like also to Cook especailly Indonesian foods. And everytime, when i have guest i teach them how to cook Indonesian foods. Although i stay in the village, but u can learn new things here. So, don't hesitate to learn from me. Are you interested?????

HOUSE RULES :

➢ BE PATIENT
You will hear the mosque speaker around 4 am, 12 pm, 3 pm, 6 pm, and 7 pm. It is singing calling for praying. Please appreciate this is part of our culture.

➢ FOODS
You can use our kitchen equipments. Please keel all foods in fridge or container to avoid pests. Please wash your dishes when you finished and put them away.

➢ BATHROOM / TOILET
We dont have hot water. We only have Indonesian toilet. You can google how its look like.

➢ SHOW ME YOUR ID
Our Village elder requires us to keep a copy of your ID.

➢ Please Make sure you come back before 12 am, because the next day we need to work.

# Please when you ask me to show you around with my scooter , consider to my the petrol , and the meals. ( we can discuss about it ) I just want to make it Clear( avoid the troubles )

➢ Please leave me reference as soon as you leave from my home.

HOW TO GET TO MY HOUSE :

✈️ From the airport YIA ( Yogyakarta International Airport ) is around 30 minutes by grab /Gojek
🛵Taking a scooter will be the best option around 40 minutes drive through the countryside with rice field
🚎By Bus TRANSJOGJA. from the city ( Malioboro Street ) to get closer to my house around 6 km from my house only 4 K (4 thousands). The bus has AC. And get Gojek/ grab from the bus terminal you stop around 20k to my house .

Since i decided to register to be CS member i have hosted a lot of travelers and learn new things or new cultures that i never know before. I'm trying so hard to be a good host. And yes, i hope you guys try so hard to be a good guest too ;)
