Just started accepting guests, as a way of giving forwards for everything I received from the hosts all over the world! Back in 2023, while I was a master’s student, I backpacked across South America, Africa, Europe, and India — and Couchsurfing played a huge role in that journey. I was helped by so many kind people along the way, and I’m really grateful for all those connections. I work in management strategy consulting in Tokyo at the moment. My academic background is in cultural anthropology, and I used to research Theravāda Buddhist meditation practices. I love immersing myself in local life and feeling the culture, atmosphere, and people of each place — that’s honestly my favorite way to travel. I’m really interested in learning different indigenous knowledges, cosmologies, philosophies, beliefs, customs, etc., in different places on earth. I’d love to meet new people, know the local lives, share experiences, etc. Love music, films, food (both eating and cooking), jam session, reading, nature.
