About Me

Hi! I'm Camila. A VR video game creator, lover of cinema, animation, art, and music. I love traveling the world, discovering new places, meeting people, and learning about different cultures. It's important to me to be mindful of others and take care of the spaces I share. I love going out, walking for hours, attending parties, and cultural events. I have friends of all ages and enjoy learning about different perspectives on life. I love living and enjoying existence, through both the good and the bad days. It's important for me to keep the fun, just like in a game. I'm ready to make new friends!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing to make my travels more enriching by meeting locals. I love making new friends and exploring cities from the perspective of someone who truly knows the place. I am not a fan of tourist circuits; I prefer places with genuine essence. Every day, I seek to open my mind by meeting new cultures and people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music in general and here are some artists I enjoy: Daft Punk, Four Tet, Radiohead (Thom Yorke solo as well), Gorillaz (and Damon Albarn solo too), Jacob Collier, and Justice. I also enjoy calm Japanese electronic music, like Rei Harakami.

Millions of movies are my favorites. In terms of cinema, I usually like cult or very rare films. I don't connect much with more commercial cinema, although I can watch one occasionally to share a moment with friends. The last movies I watched and loved are Hunt for the Wilderpeople, Inu-Oh, Border, and Triangle of Sadness.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One thing I've really enjoyed is creating a creative team of young people in Buenos Aires. We organized cultural events, invited artists to showcase their work, dressed up in costumes, and had a lot of fun in our city. Another thing that made me very happy was taking my nephew to see snow for the first time 👉👈

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to cook traditional dishes from my country or help you practice Spanish.

I enjoy learning whatever others have to teach.

I can share conversations about life, creative talks, show you games and virtual reality worlds, share music and movies, and tell stories and anecdotes from Argentina, a very bizarre country that I love dearly

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my passion for culture, travel, and food in a relaxed and enjoyable way. I love cooking and would be happy to prepare a meal from my home country if you're interested. I enjoy sharing travel stories and experiences but also value personal space and downtime. If you're interested in languages, I can help you practice Spanish. I am respectful and tidy, and I always make sure to leave a place as clean as I found it. I bring a positive attitude, ready for a pleasant and balanced exchange :)
