Overview
About Me
👋 I am Polish climate, enviromental, humanitarian and human-rights activist of Tunisian descent, based in Wrocław.
✊🌍📣 Since 2019 I dedicated all my efforts to the fight for climate and social justice, being one of the leaders of Extinction Rebellion and Youth Climate Strike (Polish branch of Fridays For Future), engaging in civic disobediance, movement building, pro-Palestinan campus encampments and action, as well as providing aid for the people on the move on Polish-Belarussian border.
👉 Right now, I study Social Projects Managment at the University of Wrocław. My academic interest and fields of research are social economy and civic engagement.
👉 Wether I host You, or You host me, I'll be happy to treat you with some speciality coffee, as coffeemaking is my longstanding hobby and passion ☕
I speak fluently Polish 🇵🇱 (native), English 🇬🇧, basic French 🇫🇷 and trying to learn some Arabic. 🇹🇳
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
👉 The first and foremost (althought not exclusive) reason for me to join Couchsurfing was to find an occasion to deepen my perspective and make ties with the local communities in the countries of Maghreb and primarly in Tunisia, 🇹🇳 as it's the region of my fascination and origin, both of which I'm just beggining to discover.
Beside the above, right now I'm having a break in my professional carreer and plan travel and make new connections on the way. Local experiance is always the best experiance, so I'm happy to meet and share!
