We are a family of five: Jack (father), Nancy (mother), David (20), Brian (18), and Joe (16). The boys are involved in many activities, which keeps us busy. David is now in college at Iowa State, but comes back once in a while for breaks. Nancy was diagnosed with MS (multiple sclerosis), so she has some difficulty with walking, but she does her best to stay active! We also have 1 pet: Benny (a very friendly black cat) who has been with us for about 10 years now.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

We have been couchsurfing members for some time now, but haven’t had too many experiences. With that being said, every experience we’ve had (both surfing and hosting) has been great! We look forward to meeting many more people in the future!

兴趣

Our 3 boys are involved in many activities including scouts and sports. We have a backyard pool and a piano! Nancy and Jack both enjoy reading a good book. The oldest (David) does the most couchsurfing, the middle (Brian) completed his Eagle Scout rank this summer and the youngest (Joseph) is quite involved in soccer.

Our family has enjoyed many great experiences together at places like the Smokey Mountains, Hilton Head, Maine, San Francisco and Canada. David spent last summer in Europe.
