ABOUT ME

I do yoga and meditation, and I am a vegetarian. I like to read, and sometimes write. Recently I have read classic literature to explore the different ways humans and human nature are depicted, with their flaws, foibles, and sometimes great accomplishments. I like to meet people, but sometimes I become extremely introverted. I accept people for who they are, even if it's different than who I am.

PHILOSOPHY

All individuals have intrinsic worth, though many are undervalued by society, their associates, and themselves. Experiences are what they are. Enjoy the bright spots, let the negatives go, and make the most of life. People should be valued higher than money. Trust is a priceless gem.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I paid the $25 to become verified, but I don't have a lot of experience, so that's all I've done to participate in the CS2 project. I would be interested in showing people around my town when they pass through.

Interessen

I like books, dancing (most types, including swing and ballroom, though I'm not great at latin dances or waltz), roller-blading, golf, bowling, computers, running, frisbee, biking, hiking, and a few other things that aren't coming to mind.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I like most types of music, but not a big country fan. I like action movies and romantic comedies. My current favorite movie is "Across the Universe"- the one with the Beatles songs.
I have too many favorite books to count, but I like Orson Scott Card, Robert Ludlum, Jack Kerouac, Paulo Coelho and many others. I used to read few novels; now I read a lot more because of what they teach me about myself.
