About Me

Sleeping more than 4 hours a night

I live in Jerusalem and make my living as an Environmental Engineer. When I'm not busy with work I will make sure I'm busy with some kind of activism. In between I fill the gaps with a lot of cooking (Israeli, vegetarian, Japanese...) inspiring music (Israeli Indie, Balkan, live concerts, festivals and whatever makes my ears happy), all sorts of humor and comedy, traveling around as much as possible (short hikes close to home or long tracks all around Israel), and most important - I try to be around people with a good heart and interesting stories. I like to show people around Israel while sharing the things that are important for me.

Yes please :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Hosting as much as I can - It's amazing that while I don't have time or money to travel around the world, around the world is coming to sleep at my apartment :-)

I Met some great CS people in every country I traveled to, and they made my visits there very unique.

Music, Movies, and Books

Mainly Israeli Indie music, that I will love to share. If you are comming - bring some local music with you, thats always great.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The main fish market in Tokyo, Japan. I swear to god they didn't left any fish at sea that day.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'v studied Judaism for one year and will be glad to teach and explain about jewish philosophy (I'm not a religious person myself). I can also talk for hours about anything that has to do with Israeli politics and Israeli Environmental issues. I enjoy sharing my love to Israeli music.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Answering endless questions about Israel :-) And a really good shakshuka dish I mastered.

Countries I’ve Visited

England, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Romania, Spain, Taiwan, Turkey, United States
