I think it's pretty easy with me. I've found peace with myself and I like to make others happy. I'm not known for strong opinions. I weight the diffenrences. Want to see the best parts of each moment. Accept life as it is. Not forcing too much. Change something when my mind starts pushing me towards the change and not doing it on purpose. Be who I am and not pretend to be someone else.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

It's been nearly 10 years since I've came here. I remember that I've heard stories from friends about Couchsurfing and it sounded so much more exciting than just booking a hotel and to use a travel guide book to discover a place.

First I surfed and hosted quite a few times when I was a student. Had a lot of funny times with other CSers. Since I got a full-time job it was getting harder to find the time to host people and show them the city. I'm still into the idea, but most of the time you receive very unpersonal and boring requests that I simply don't answer. Sometimes there are long periods where I don't login.

Now coming back to edit my profile I'm a bit surprised my response rate has already dropped to 0%. So folks, please try to write interesting, unique and personal requests. I know, this takes a lot of time but it raises your chances and you could get so much back.

see something new, experience something new, listen to music, painting and other creative stuff, cooking, walking around aimlessly, walking down stairs (it's more my body liking this then my mind :), hitchhiking, travelling, movies, geoinformation-systems, open-source-software, programming and I wish I get myself to learn an instrument in the next few month.
