About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My mission is to promote community and local travel, to keep consumption down and to travel immersion style, to meet new folks and to welcome people to my part of the world
ABOUT ME
I am heading out to Boulder to start graduate school at Naropa in the fall. This summer was spent interning with outward bound wilderness in oregon and climbing and rafting on days off. I am 26 and am good natured, reflective and creative. I like to be silly and ridiculous and make a party wherever I am. I value good interactions and meaningful conversations.. and I want to learn how to aerial dance...
PHILOSOPHY
Walt Whitman says it best
"Afoot and light hearted I take to the open road,
Healthy, free, the world before me,
The long brown path before me leading wherever I choose.
Henceforth I ask not good-fortune, I myself am good-fortune,
Henceforth I whimper no more, postpone no more, need nothing,
Done with indoor complaints, libraries, querulous criticisms,
Strong and content I travel the open road."

Music, Movies, and Books
I like swashbuckler films - Pirates of the Carribean, Harry Potter love, Spirited Away, eastern European films, David Lynch, Trueblood, and a Battlestar Galactica geek.
I often find myself in the young adult fantasy section of the library. I love the fantasticalness: H.Potter, Ender's Game, Dharma bums, Gary Snyder, Jack London, Whalt Whitman.
Music is a big one- old timey bluegrass, folk, hip hop, indie, garage punk, roma music, and anything else that comes my way.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I summited Mt. Hood attached to a rope team and slept on snow for two and a half weeks.
Teach, Learn, Share
share: baking skills, contact improvisation lessons, spine alignment, can give reiki, juice.
learn: yoga, plant care- any sustainable living skills, experiential teaching approaches, wild crafting, how to survive in the wild, medicinal and edible plant lore.
