ABOUT ME

Im a 38 year old avid life lover. I've been living a few years on Cortes Island, off the North of Vancouver Island. I love gardening, have a regular yoga-meditation practice in the morning, I'm a nurse and also very much interested in other ways of healing. I've been studying Therapeutic Touch and breema for years and like to incorporate it's teachings in my daily life. . I really love playing the violin. Love travelling, discovering new ways of life, new cultures all rooted in a deep love of life. All in all Im a laid back girl, who loves making deep connection with people and to make the most of life.

I live in a tiny house now in a homestead so not quite enough space to host

Great exchange of ideas and views on life and the world with the people I meet. I've hosted quite a bit at our home back in Ottawa and here on Cortes Island, home away from home :) Also really enjoy playing music with people, cook and give breema sessions.

I've hosted quite a bit in Victoria, Hull and here on Quadra Island. great way to share our beautiful home and neighbourhood.I've surfed and hungout throughout my travel through India and THailand

Musica, film e libri

love discovering new stuff, music love music like Jack Jonhson, Xavier Rudd, Adham Shaikh so much more and just the riff of a guitar with hand drums and u add a campfire, this is life. Loved Shantaram, Herman Hesse's Siddhartha and reading about things to enhance our conscousness about living life. The Wisdom of the Enneagram gave some deep insight on patterns that are ingrained.
