About Me
CURRENT MISSION
*** 22-23: I just moved from Dubai to Madrid. As soon as I settle down a bit I will restart hosting. For now, I'm available to meet only. ***
The main goals of my travels haven't change during the years. I love to meet new people, to discover cultures and places and to have fun (even if my Party Animal Soul died years ago)!
I'd love to visit every country of the World. Lately, I'm also focusing on the World regions map of Nomad Mania and I'm going back to countries I have already visited to discover new regions.

⚠️ READ THIS BEFORE SENDING ANY REQUESTS ⚠️
1. I ALWAYS LEAVE a REFERENCE, so I EXPECT ONE as well. :-) CS is based on the feedback, don't forget it.
2. NO FREELOADERS!
3. I WON'T ACCEPT ANYONE THAT DOESN'T HAVE A 100% COMPLETE PROFILE.
4. I WON'T ACCEPT ANYONE WITHOUT REFERENCES. There are many ways to get your first references (meeting other local members from your city, showing travelers your city, joining events, etc.)
5. IF YOU ARE COMING WITH SOMEONE ELSE, SEND ME THE LINK TO YOUR FRIEND'S PROFILE AS WELL.
6. SAY IN YOUR REQUEST WHY YOU ARE COMING TO MADRID.
7. DO NOT send me FRIEND REQUESTS if we haven't met. I won't accept them. ;-)

ABOUT ME
To be honest, I don't really like to talk about myself. I'm sure my profile already says a lot, but if you want to know more you should meet me. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
The brother of an old friend of mine told me once about this Online Community that links travelers around the World. I opened my profile without knowing too much about CS and few months after I had my first experience in Spain and I totally fell in love with the idea behind CS.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
After 10+ years and 100+ exchanges with hosts, guests and simple few hour travel mates, I can easily say that I have never seen such a Community like CS. I had very few strange experiences (that in most cases they became funny stories to recall) and endless happy moments to remember.
Interests
I love sports in general, but my favorites ones are Football (yeah, the one with 22 guys in shorts running after a ball) and Ice Hockey. I used to play both of them, but now I'm more a passive fan. My teams are Juventus, AC Bellinzona and HC Ambri Piotta. I'm also a big fan of squash!
Photography is also a big passion, even if lately my light backpack suffers a bit too much the weight of my old Nikon D90.
***I am a banknotes collectors since I was a kid, I love how one can learn part of the History of a country through its paper money. So be ready, I will definitely ask you to bring some banknotes from your country for my collection (no worries, I will pay you back the value of the bills).***

The best things I could teach come from my experiences. I think traveling is one of the most interesting "school" in the world! I can teach Spanish and Italian and I love to learn about cultures, styles of life and everything people would teach me. ;-)
What I Can Share with Hosts
Some Swiss, Italian or Spanish dishes.
