I can recommend "Ложки плошки" (Lozhki ploshki) and "Ух ты блин (Uh ty blin) restaurants .

Looks the most authentic RUSSIAN cuisine for me.

Although it is truth that most restaurant serve a version of international food, it is not truth that you cannot find real russian food, in fact there are plenty of places (not neccesarily someone's homw where you can eat russian food), just not fancy restaurant but instead the dining halls in which local (non pretencious people) eats, a very good one in right in the center, very close to the okean cinema, is called "не рудай" this is the address of the building "Svetlanskaya St, 10, Vladivostok, Primorskiy kray, 690091"...also there is a very good place to eat russain crepes that is in the arbat street called "Ukh Ty, Blin" the address is Ulitsa Admirala Fokina, 9, Vladivostok, Primorskiy kray, 690091. Do not go to fancy restaurant if you want real russian food.
I'd rather say that you won't find authentic russian cuisine in any local restaurant. Mostly it have only adopted dishes from all over the world. To try real russian food you have to find someone who will cook for you at home. Unfortunately, I can't invite you. I'd double aforementioned Ne rydai, as far I know it's the most touristic-oriented place with auth food. It is also one of the cheapest place in the city. Also check any Republic restaurant. I'd recommend one in the fresh plaza (tagged on the map, 2nd level). Likely the staff doesn't speak eng, but it shouldn't be a problem as they serve exactly what you see in front of you. And also it is cheap enough to eat there every day.
Good day. You can taste the best dishes of Russian cuisine in a tasty and inexpensive way at the Restaurant Nostalgia at 1-Morskaya 6/25. Nearby there is a beer bar, it is also very well prepared for classic Russian cuisine. Posyetskaya address 23. Cafe Dushechka in the building of the GUM address Svetlanskaya 33. The Friendship Bar is the address of Pogranichaya 6. There are many others.
