UPDATE 30/12: Ok, heads up people here goes the details: 1) when i created the event, a few months ago i would never immagine so many nice people joining it, it is amazing and cannot be happier to have you all along to celebrate! 2) Not complaining about it, but as we are 50 persons, even with the ones who will not show up, we still are way to many to fit in any house or private space, soooo i walk a bit, talk a bit with some secret agents, treat some people mafia-style i found a place who will be open before the fireworks, 100m from Hallgrímskirkja and also fit us all! 3) The place is the INfamous Lebowskis bar in laugavegur, the main road, i know i know, is not the same thing as be in a cozy, warm, private house but we live in a world ruled by math and physics, and the numbers are against us 😔 3) There will be people wondering right now "but Gui, that place is expensive ?" And i will not lie, if you drink a beer, it's not that expensive, if you do anything else they will rip your soul through your pocket but guys, it's really our less expensive option! 4) and for the people wondering "but what if we drink outside the church till the fires Gui?" I will say " Guys, the weather here dont fool around ." It changes, fast, brutally and rentless. After a hour in the dark, wind, snowy outside you will not feel your skin anymore, personal exp. 5) The meeting will be after 7pm at Lebowskis and then at 11pm the pub closes and we go to the church, having thounsands of icelanders to warm us and work as human shields against the wind 😂 6) that's it, any questions? 7) no more need to bring anything except yourselfs and friends 8) see you all there people !
