Hey fellow couchsurfers. Feeling homesick because of Thanksgiving? Don’t be! Come and celebrate with us! On Thursday November the 26th we will have our THANKSGIVING DINNER PARTY 2015 at Medellín’s coolest university: UPB and at its nicest headquarters in El Poblado. It is conveniently located, just three blocks off El Poblado Park and six blocks away from Poblado metro station. The idea is to share, try Thanksgiving kind of food, make new friends and celebrate. The idea is to be here at 6:00 O’clock PM. Punctuality is a must, so please make sure you know how to get here before the day of the event. Just add me here or send me an inbox message and I will send you directions to get there and my whatsapp number. It’s gonna be kind of a BYOF party, but the difference is that we will all bring food to share so the idea is that we all bring different stuff, including disposable plates, cups and utensils and this is a university, not a house, so kitchen tools are not available. The only condition is not to litter and leave everything neat and clean when you leave. You are kindly welcome but please, confirm your attendance and let me know what you can bring so nobody brings the same stuff twice. Here are some suggestions: • Turkey (roast turkey, turkey ham or breast) • Gravy • All kinds of drinks • All kinds of desserts • All kinds of side dishes • All kinds of salads • Finger food and appetizers Cheers!
