We are local English learners and we are going to make a CHEAP AND FRIENDLY TOUR to Tien Giang province: DongTam SNAKE FARM, Thoi Son island with TROPICAL GARDENS, FRUIT, local village, maze of SMALL CANALS, Delta of the MEKONG RIVER and FAMOUS PAGODA. We want to invite Foreigners living in Vietnam join our tour so that we can have culture and language exchange activities together. *SCHEDULE: 7:00 AM: Depart for a 1.5-hour drive from Saigon to Tien Giang (about 70 Km), one of the country's southern provinces, situated in the Delta of the Mekong River. Take in the lush surroundings of rice paddies and fruit farms alongside the highway as you leave behind the busy city. The first place, we will visit Dong Tam SNAKE FARM. Located in Chau Thanh District, Tien Giang Province - 12km from My Tho City Centre, Dong Tam Snake Farm is one of the country’s largest snake-raising centers where venom is produced for local use and export, with its collection of over 50 species of snake. Upon arrival at Unicorn (Thoi Son) ISLAND, enjoy a leisurely walk through the village house observing tropical gardens and enjoy a cup of jasmine tea, seasonal tropical fruits and a traditional folk song performance. take a short stroll through a shaded area of coconut gardens before reaching a rest-stop to see honey bee house and try another cup of honey tea mixed with kumquat. Continue on your journey by sampan and be paddled by a personalized rower while you take the time to discover the maze of small canals. Bid farewell to your friendly boat rower. Lunch will be served with stick rice and Banh My prepared by our team. Then arrive at waterfront pier and hop on an enjoyable motor boat excursion. Along the way, catch a glimpse of the Delta scenery, houses built on stilts and local fish farms. The final place, we will visit Vinh Trang pagoda, the most famous pagoda in Tien Giang province with three Great Buddha statues before returning to Saigon in mid-afternoon.
