The South East Asian Water Festival is back for it's second year! 🌊🛶 If you are a Philly local, you might have heard about the South East Asian market on Saturdays... I'm planning on coming to this special event and invite fellow Couchsurfers to grab some snacks, chat, share experiences, stories and get to know our local CS community. I'll be attending the event since 12 until around 4pm.
