Hi! I've just moved to the other side of the world and started a PhD on Antarctic sea ice - a bit of a leap into the dark but it seems to be going alright so far. My boyfriend and I are currently living in Christchurch and exploring New Zealand on the weekends.

Couchsurfing is a lot of fun. I've done it a few times now and have always had interesting experiences with some cool people. When travelling, it's a great way to get to know a country.
