I own a 36ft Sailboat (L36) which I plan to sail to the Caribbean! This is my life goal. If you in SA and would like to go for a sail let me know!

I believe I am very easy to talk to :) I love to explain / show people things that I have experience in! nothing better than experiencing someone's first time with them and seeing how much fun / entertained they are.
I am patient and down to earth, I like to think that people find it easy to get along with me.

I enjoy gaming, I guess it comes with my knowledge of computers and it's similar to meeting new people and chilling having fun in my downtime.

I play indoor and outdoor hockey for a club and have played for country districts side. I have a South African silver medal for swimming! I kite surf and Sail! guess I'm saying that I am quite sporty.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that daily routine is one of the biggest reasons why people do not experience new things and don't travel! you get comfortable and if you don't get out your comfort zone you will never see the world and experience new things!

I want to see the world! There is no better way to do this than to stay with a local willing to show you there part of the world! Meet new people and build relationships with new people. new experiences.

I love music (who doesn't?) I love all types of music... easier to say music I don't like and that is heavy metal, music with screaming and shouting.

Love all types of movies! Don't enjoy horror's / scary movie's.
Love a good movie that makes you laugh, good animation is always a nice watch.
Love watching series in spare time! also love animal channels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I scuba Dived in Mauritius end of last year(2016) Had my Go-Pro and have the most amazing footage, we explored a sunken ship and saw so many different types of fish. fell in love with scuba diving instantly and part of the reason I was to travel more, shows me again that there is so many new experiences out there!

Teach, Learn, Share

As a mentioned I love to experience something with someone, I'm a people person, people pleaser :) I have many things to share and teach people, I would love to share my stories and adventures with people. all my interests and life lessons I will be happy to share, I am an open book :)

I would love nothing more than to listen to your stories and hear about your adventures!

I could teach you the basics of kite surfing, sailing, scuba, snorkeling and many more things :)

Lets just say that I will do my absolute best to make your stay as memorable for you as it will be for me! I love meeting new people! I am lucky that I have many contacts and places that I can take you to. We can do what you want to do! it was your idea coming here and so we must do what you came here to do (wherever here is)... I will of course offer things to do and see that I know you will love once I meet you.
