Be more sociable than I am and meet people from around the planet and do my part to help out in some way. It gives me an opportunity to give and receive.

兴趣

I love to learn and so I am interested in lots of different things. The big thing I am learning about now is health in all it's myriad aspects. So I look at mental/spiritual health and positive psychology/meditation, physical health and movement/dance. These areas are also related so I have read, Spark on sport and the body/mind, I have studied with Gold Medal Bodies and learned basic gymnastics. Then there's the nutrition minefield. I don't think there is an area more misunderstood and I am far from understanding it as yet. Paleo, raw, vegan?? All I know is there is no one way and no diet works for all.
