Hey there! I’m Teddy — currently living in Mesa, about 25 minutes from Phoenix, AZ. I'm a licensed real estate agent, Amazon book publisher, collectibles seller, and recently became a licensed life insurance agent. I wear a few hats and enjoy staying active across different ventures.

Originally from the beautiful Central Coast of California, I also spent part of my teen years in Arizona, where I graduated high school before joining the military. I’m into all things outdoors, playing sports, discovering new places, music, and good food. I might be able to host certain weeks, depending on my schedule, and always down to connect with fellow travelers or locals.
