I am a gregarious yet responsible taller-than-average 25-year-old Canadian. I have healthy hair and a firm handshake. I enjoy learning foreign languages (especially swearing) and will eat anything (as long as it's food).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I set up the profile while traveling, but I look forward to hosting some lonesome surfers after I settle down again.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed with a charming lady in Plock, Poland. Her daughter was away traveling and she donated her room to surfers in the meantime. It was arranged through the account of a fellow surfer, a friend of mine traveling through at the same time, and the host ended up inviting me to stay as well. That was my first CS experience.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I liked the elephant blessing people with his trunk at the hindu temple in Pondicherry. That was amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know some things about Afro-Cuban song styles and could share some drum rhythms.
I can develop film and make prints in the darkroom (unfortunately this skill was probably more relevant in the 1970s).
I can back up with a trailer and am a highly skilled parallel parker.
I have nearly mastered the french omelette and Croque-monsieur/madame sandwiches (tip: butter is key).
