True Northern England folks;we love food, love cooking, we love honest and open people, we dislike no manners, we love new experiences but sometimes dislike these too, we like to laugh, we like to hear people's stories (as long as they are real!!). Books: Both: Time Travellers Wife, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night, White Tiger, Kite Runner, Land of a Thousand Suns. Him: Lord of the Rings, Her: To Kill a Mockingbird, Sleepers and old fashioned tales set in early 1900's.

Films: Too many to remember we both share a love of silly comedies and action films so most things with Jim Carrey and we love the Bourne Trilogy. She likes deep films like the Hours, Revolutionary Road and Schindlers list.

Music: Truly allsorts; we both love our dance music; techno but also world music and things more chilled even the odd pop song! Easier to say that we do not like R & B or modern dancy cheesy pop!!

Lots of things that have been amazing to us but may not be so to others; Like watching dolphins come into the bay while we ate in India, Driving all the way home from France without the use of our clutch, and on this trip horseriding in Mongolian wilderness and travelling on the Trans-siberian express have been pretty amazing experiences so far.

Learn: We both want to learn French we did a course before we left home but practising is difficult because everyone can speak such good English. Different cultures and new experiences.

Teach: Things to cook, how to mix on turntables, all you need to know about nuts and dried fruit (if there is anyone who wants to know!).

Share: her counselling skills.. but not too much hey I am on holiday after all!
