About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Creative travel.

ABOUT ME

My husband and I have decided to pack our bags, leave our jobs and go around the world on a trip for roughly a year (maybe more...who knows?) all at the whim of what we feel like doing! We have booked the first leg of our flight for November to Bali, Indonesia and will play it by ear from there!
P.S. We both love to surf! Husband is great....me not so much but learning is kicking my butt and I love it!

PHILOSOPHY

Carpe Diem! Dream as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die today.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling to Australia a few years back, I had the opportunity to climb Ayer's Rock.....it was a grueling trip up but once I was up there I felt like I was on the moon.....you could see for miles...completely exhilirating. Seeing that rock at sunset and sunrise is a humbling experience as well as walking around its base and seeing all the aboriginal drawings. Also on that same trip, I went skydiving and bungee jumping while in Cairns and it was some of the best adrenaline rushes I will ever have....made me feel invincible. My husband travelled to Europe a few years ago and made it to San Sebastian where his travels stopped....he was so enamoured by the place that he threw his onward travel out the window and ended up staying at a house rental for backpackers playing chess and enjoying the siesta's!
